Exercise of Options 
 
 
The board of Telephonetics announces today that, following an exercise 
of options, the Company issued and allotted 113,472 ordinary shares of 1 pence 
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). 
 
 
As a result the Company now has 109,138,806 Ordinary Shares in issue with 
voting rights. 
 
 
An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new 
Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be 
admitted to trading on AIM as soon as practicable.
