The Company was informed on 30 September 2003 that on 29 September 2003, Mr.
Graham Jenney purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital
of the Company. Following this transaction Mr. Jenney is interested in 4,500,000
ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company representing
6.23 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The registered owner
