Total Voting Rights


In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the UKLA Disclosure Rules and Transparency
Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

Tradus' issued share capital currently consists of 46,811,549 ordinary shares of
5p each, all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of
this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is
therefore 46,811,549.

The above figure (46,811,549 ordinary shares of 5p each) may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their
interest in, Tradus under the UKLA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
