    TRIO FINANCE LIMITED: Dealing & Settlement Prior To EGM

The Circular to shareholders in respect of the Company's proposed tender offer
which was announced on 17 November 2008 has today been sent to shareholders,
convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company for 11 a.m. on 15
December 2008.  Shareholders should note that the last day for dealings in
shares of the Company on the London Stock Exchange on a normal settlement basis
is 10 December 2008 (rather than 12 December 2008 as previously announced).
