Transaction in own shares

Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited (the "Company") announces that on 27 April 2012 it purchased the following shares of its Cell, Thames River Hedge+:

                           Sterling shares                           300,000 at GBP1.1575

These Sterling shares have been cancelled upon purchase.

The total number of Sterling shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 80,403,090, the total number of Euro shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 1,751,854 and the total number of Dollar shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 7,938,548.

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 90,093,492 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
