Further to the announcement made on 26 April 2013 regarding compulsory redemptions and in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6) the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 1 May 2013, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
