                        TSE opens a new office in Russia


The Board of TSE is pleased to announce that it's wholly owned subsidiary, TSE
Consulting SA, has established a new office in Moscow, Russia.


This new Russian operation is being undertaken in cooperation with the Russian
sports marketing company Coubertin Sports Marketing, an affiliate of Red Square
Entertainment, one of the leading television and entertainment business group's
in Russia. The objective is to support Russian cities in developing long-term
sports strategies and in hosting international and national sports events.


The new Russian office is part of TSE's planned phase of international
expansion. With its headquarters in Lausanne, the Olympic Capital, TSE offices
now cover the main regions where major sporting events will be held over the
coming six years. Commenting on the expansion, Lars Haue-Pedersen, Managing
Director of TSE Consulting SA, said:


"Russia is an important market for the future of sport and a key area of
expansion for TSE. We are delighted to be making this expansion with such a
strong partner. TSE has now concluded its first set of expansions. The success
of TSE over the past two years has enabled a rapid but solid expansion to take
place and now the focus will be on servicing the established markets before
moving further with new expansions during 2008. "
