The Board of TSE, the international sports consultancy business headquartered in
Lausanne, Switzerland, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Blasdale
as a non-executive director with immediate effect.


Brian John Blasdale, aged 58, has a background in sales and marketing and has
had the following directorships in the past five years:

existing issued share capital.
