                        TOTAL SYSTEMS PLC: CONTRACT GAIN

Total Systems plc ("Total"), suppliers of established software products and
services to the insurance, warranty and pension fund sectors of the financial
services market and related industries, are pleased to announce that they have
signed a software licence and implementation services agreement withCorinthian
Insurance Management Services Limited to support the administration of motor
insurance business. Total will be implementing ULTIMA, its fully integrated
"wall to wall" innovative insurance product. The initial contract value is
#2.6M.

ULTIMA is aimed primarily at the high volume General Insurance Market and
supports all lines of business including motor, household, travel and healthcare
insurance. ULTIMA is used in conjunction with Business Configurator, which
allows business users to quickly adapt system functionality to meet their own
market demands as well as introduce new products within remarkably short time
scales.

Commenting on the new contract, Terry Bourne, Chairman of Total said: "I am

different products being written using ULTIMA is growing all the time."

ULTIMA can fully utilise web technology and interface with any other software
system and/or hardware platform. It comprises a unique combination of
unprecedented flexibility, low cost of ownership and rich functionality, well
suited to supporting small companies of 25 users and large companies with in
excess of 1,000 users. The incorporation of "near-lights-out" management tools
provides great benefit to Total's existing clients.
