Issue of Equity - Correction

On 4 April 2008 the Company announced that it had allotted 229,598 Ordinary
shares under the Offer for Subscription ("the Offer"). These shares were
admitted to trading on 16 April 2008. Due to a clerical error this announcement
included an additional 2,040 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the correct number of
shares allotted on 4 April 2008 was 227,558 Ordinary Shares. The allotment of C
Shares was not affected.

The total number of shares therefore allotted under the Offer for Subscription
is 276,628 Ordinary Shares and 79,246 C Shares.

Following all the allotments under the Offer, the issued share capital of the
Company is 23,327,209 Ordinary Shares and 12,579,053 C Shares.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting
rights in Unicorn AIM VCT II plc is 35,906,262. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT II plc under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
