Urals Energy Public Company Limited ("Urals" or the "Company")



Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,040,472 ordinary
shares of 0.25 Cyprus pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM
on 14 February 2007.



These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, are being issued pursuant to the vesting of restricted stock award to
employees.



Following this further issue of shares, the total number of shares in issue is
118,923,244.
