Resignation of Chief Operating Officer 
 
UMP Plc (AIM: UMP) (the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Babulal 
Vedprakash Gautam as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Company in order to 
pursue other business interests. Mr Gautam has also resigned as COO and director 
of UTV Motion Pictures (Mauritius) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The 
Board of the Company would like to thank Mr Gautam for his efforts throughout
