Carnegie, a director of the Company, transferred, on 15 January 2010, 90,288 
ordinary shares from Pershing Securities and E*Trade UK Nominees Limited, 
nominee accounts of which he is the beneficial owner, to his own name for nil 
consideration. 
Following this transfer, Mr Carnegie continues to hold 90,288 ordinary shares in 
the Company, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
