Issue of Equity, Total Voting Rights and Directors' Holdings 
 
Further to the announcement of a capitalisation in lieu of a dividend for the 
year ended 30 June 2009 of US$0.07 per share, the Company announces that, 
yesterday, it allotted 17,864,367 ordinary shares of US$0.00001 each ("Ordinary 
Shares") to shareholders on the register as at 27 November 2009.  The effective 
price per Ordinary Share was US$0.5958. 
 
Application has been made for the 17,864,367 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted 
to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 31 December 
2009. 
 
Following the issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company is 
169,915,650 Ordinary Shares. 
 
The Company also announces the following changes in notifiable interests in VCF:

Notes: 
(1)  Andrew Pegge and Colin Kingsnorth, Directors of the Company, are both 
     directors of Laxey Group Holdings Limited ("LGH"), the sole shareholder of 
     Laxey Partners Ltd.  Mr C Kingsnorth is a shareholder of LGH and Mr A Pegge 
     is a beneficiary of The Pegge Family Trust, which is the shareholder of 
     Pegge Holdings Limited, a shareholder of LGH. 
 
(2)  Michael Haxby, a Director of the Company, is a beneficiary of the Laxey 
     Partners Ltd Employee Benefit Trust. 
 
(3)  As at 18 December 2008, the Laxey Partners Ltd Employee Benefit Trust held 
     1,942,237 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.28% of the issued share capital. 
     On 20 February 2009, 133,460 Ordinary Shares were transferred from the 
     Laxey Partners Ltd Employee Benefit Trust to an employee of Laxey Partners 
     Ltd.
