Vividas, the video streaming technology company, is pleased to report that, at
today's AGM, all resolutions, including ordinary resolutions numbers 8 and 9 and
special resolution number 10, have been passed. As a result, the subscription by
Ignition Capital UK Limited for 7,142,857 new Vividas ordinary shares at a
subscription price of 35 pence per new ordinary share can be duly completed. The
new Vividas ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings will
take place on 31 December 2007.
