                                Grant of Options



On 27 December 2007, Chief Executive Officer, Paul Neville and Group Finance
Director, Greg Minns were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p
each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at an exercise price of 35.0p,
being the average mid-market closing price for the prior three business days.


Details of the options that have been granted to each Director are as follows:

The exercise of options granted is subject to the attainment of certain
performance conditions to be established by the Remuneration Committee. In
accepting the grant of options, Paul Neville waives his right to options over
390,000 Shares, previously granted in March 2006 and March 2007, and Greg Minns
waives his right to options over 350,000 Shares, previously granted in March
2007. Paul Neville retains his options over 210,000 Shares granted in October
2006.


As a result of the above grant of options, Paul Neville holds a total of
1,210,000 Shares under option and Greg Minns holds a total of 907,000 Shares
under option.
