    Vigilant Technology Limited ("Vigilant" or the "Company")

    Proposed fundraising

    Further to the announcements made by the Company on 29 April 2008 and 8 May 2008, in which the Company announced the issue of new equity
raising a total of approximately �250,000 for the Company, Vigilant is today announcing that it is actively working to raise further equity
capital of between �1.5 million and �2 million. The net proceeds of the proposed fundraising will be used to provide necessary working
capital for the Company and to strengthen its balance sheet.  If the Company does not raise additional equity it will have to consider other
strategic options.
