    Board changes

    The board of Vigilant (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Avi Cohen, aged 45, as a Director with immediate effect. 
Mr Cohen is vice president, business development and marketing, of BATM Advanced Communications Limited.  In addition, the Board announces
that Yoram Sagher, Avi Ben Shabbat and Ronen Saggir have resigned as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

    No further disclosures are required to be made in relation to Mr Cohen under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
