Proposed Dividend

The Company announces that the Board of Directors is recommending payment of a final dividend of 2.0p per share to be approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 June 2011. If the dividend is approved by shareholders the ex-dividend date will be 22 June 2011 with an associated record date of 24 June 2011 and payment date of 26 July 2011. Results of the AGM will be announced in due course.
