                      Notification of Directors' Interests


VI Group plc ('the Company'), announces that it has granted options, exercisable
at 14p, over a total 2,800,000 ordinary 0.5p shares to employees of the Company
pursuant to the Company's unapproved and EMI schemes.

Included in the above were the following options which were granted pursuant to
the Company's EMI scheme to the following directors on 22nd October 2004:
