The AGM is to be held on 14 September 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Central European Summer Time (09.00 a.m. BST) at the offices of one of the Company's subsidiaries, B90 Services , in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, located at Cronenburg 73, 1081 GM.
