On 25 January 2019 the Company announced that all of the Company's property investments have been disposed of, most of the funds received from divestments have been returned to shareholders, and that the Company will prepare its financial statements using the net realisable value approach.

To reduce operating costs leading up to the liquidation of the Company the Board has decided to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Vietnam as the Company's independent auditor with immediate effect for the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.
