In addition to the announcement made on 12 June 2008 concerning the appointment
of Oliver Iny to the board of Venue Solutions as an Executive Director in
charge of developing strategy, the following information is being disclosed in
accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Previously, Oliver was also a director of the following companies:
Clerkenwell Developments Ltd, a special purpose vehicle to develop a building
in London, which went into receivership on 12th May 1995. The reason for this
was largely due to the collapse of the property market. Funds were being made
available to pay off all creditors; however Clerkenwell Developments Ltd's
bankers obliged it to partially pay down a loan by �1 million which effectively
rendered the company unable to pay its other creditors. The company was later
forced into receivership, leaving some creditors unpaid of not more than
approximately �350,000.
Clerkenwell Holdings Limited, which went into a voluntary arrangement in
December 1996. The voluntary arrangement was not carried out, and the company
dissolved at a later date with no unpaid creditors.
There are no other disclosures required by paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the
AIM Rules for Companies.
