                             Annual General Meeting

The Board is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting
held on 23 May 2007, all the resolutions were passed.

The Chairman, Namit Malhotra, commented that "since Prime Focus invested in VTR
plc, we have seen a great change in the Company's cost base and the ability of
the staff to embrace and commit to the restructuring of the Company. This has
led the Company to trade profitably for the period from September 2006 to March
2007. Within the first year under the PFL management, the Company has
successfully completed the first projects that involved both Indian and UK
resources. I look forward to updating you in the coming months about further
developments".
