    Purchase of own shares 


    Versatile Systems Inc. announces that, pursuant to its normal course issuer bid which commenced on 26 November 2007, the Company
acquired 63,500 common shares at a price of CDN$ 0.1489 per share on 13 June 2008 and a further 50,000 common shares at a price of CDN$ 0.15
per share on 16 June 2008. Following these purchases, the number of common shares outstanding is 118,647,143. The shares purchased will
initially be held as treasury shares and, subject to Board approval, will be cancelled. The number of treasury shares now held by the
Company is 2,501,500.
