Vyke signs  master reseller agreement with Steen Group for Latin America 
Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE) announces that it has signed an agreement 
with Steen Group LLC (Steen Group) for large scale distribution of the Vyke 
product suite across Latin and South America. Steen Group is a leading 
distributor of mobile handset and mobile related accessories with direct access 
resellers in Latin and South America. It has an extensive network of existing 
business partners in the region and Vyke will leverage this strong sales channel 
to enable rapid expansion across the region. 
The agreement is based on a margin sharing arrangement between the parties. 
Steen Group enables technology companies to sell and distribute their products 
and services into Latin America and USA though its regional sales and 
distribution channels. The Group is head quartered in Miami, Florida and has 
offices in Miami, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Copenhagen. It was founded by 
Morten Steen Jorgensen who has a significant market access and knowledge based 
on his previous positions as CEO of Viatel and Jabra (a GN Company) and as 
President of Brightstar Accessories.
