Subscription for warrants by Square Mile


The Company has received a notice of subscription from Square Mile Limited, in
accordance with the "B" Warrant Instrument entered into between the Company and
Square Mile Limited on 6th July 2004, to subscribe for 40,000,000 fully paid
ordinary shares in the Company at 0.11p per share.



The Company has made application for the 40,000,000 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.
