    Wallgate (AIM ticker: WGT.L) today announces that, following the announcement made on 8 December 2008 which detailed the Company being
placed into administration, the Company's AIM quote will be terminated with effect from 7am on Wednesday 7 January. The termination of
Wallgate's AIM quote is as a result of the Company being without a Nominated Adviser for more than month, in accordance with Rule 1 of the
AIM Rules.

    The Wallgate board of directors reiterates its disappointment at this outcome and would like to thank the Company's shareholders for
their support.
