                               Board Appointment

The Wigmore Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Fidelma Mary
Hewitt (52) as a part time executive director of the Group. Fidelma brings a
wealth of experience in human resources and will have responsibility for
ensuring that the Group delivers on its commitment to best practice in Human
Capital Management.

Fidelma Hewitt currently holds directorships with Wigmore Integrated Services
Limited and First National Property Maintenace Limited. Fidelma Hewitt was a
director of Astramax Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group,
which was placed in liquidation by means of a creditors' voluntary winding up on
2 July 2001. The Directors statement of affairs shows a deficiency to creditors,
other than the Group, of #52,372.
