Reduction of Overdraft

                        Reduction in Overdraft Facility


As a reflection of its confidence in the future prospects of the Wigmore Group
and pursuant to a loan agreement dated 24th December 2004, Burnbrae Limited has
made an overdraft facility of #650,000 available to the Company to provide
additional working capital for the group and to further reduce the Company's
existing overdraft facility with HBOS to #800,000.  Burnbrae have made this
facility available to the Company on similar commercial terms to HBOS.  The
independent directors consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated
adviser, that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as
its shareholders are concerned.
