Final results release date

M Winkworth plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") announced in its trading update of 15 January 2020 that it planned to publish results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on or around 2 April. In the current circumstances, completion of the audit process has been slightly delayed and, accordingly, the Board now expects to publish the Company's results on Monday 6 April.

The guidance on 2019 results provided in the trading update remains unchanged and the fourth quarter dividend was paid on 20 February as scheduled. Guidance for the current year is being withheld until such time as the board can make a considered assessment of the impact on trading of the government's directives to contain the outbreak of Covid-19.
