The Company has exchanged contracts to dispose of its interest in units 1-4 Fern
Court, Bracken Hill Business Park, Peterlee to two purchasers.  The aggregate
sale price of #8.825m reflects a blended net initial yield of 6.8% and was
#0.225m above the latest property valuation.



The sales will complete in February 2006.
