Wyatt Group PLC ("Wyatt" or the "Company") has finalised a placing of 2,750,000
new ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 20p, raising a total of
#550,000 from institutional and private investors.

The proceeds of the placing will be used to provide additional working capital
for the business of Wyatt.

Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and it is
expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence on 30 April
2004.
