AGM Statement

During today's AGM of the Company, the Chairman, John Davies, will make the following statement:

"In the ten weeks since Xplorer listed on the London Stock Exchange we, in collaboration with Sprint Capital, have made excellent progress in advancing our investment strategy.

"Our intention remains to acquire a substantial operator in the Oil and Gas sector which displays strong investment credentials leading to robust interest from private and professional investors alike. Our daily discussions with Sprint Capital have enabled us jointly to examine a good number of attractive candidates and I am happy to report that we have shortened our list to four and have commenced acquisition negotiations with each of them.

"We look forward to keeping shareholders apprised in the coming weeks as we continue to advance our plan"
