                            New Customer Agreement                             

YooMedia Plc, the AIM quoted interactive media and games group announces an 
agreement with a leader in the market for parking services, NCP Services
Limited, to provide its YooPark PCN solution for the payment of penalty 
charge notices. The YooPark PCN product line is expected to provide 
over �200,000 of gross profit contribution in the next twelve months to
the YooMedia Group.

The YooPark PCN solution is to be implemented by NCP Services for their
contract with Brighton & Hove City Council in the south of England and will be
integrated with the Council's enforcement database. The new service will
provide both interactive voice response and web solutions to enable motorists
to pay penalty charge notices issued for parking offences. YooMedia will earn a
transaction fee for each payment processed.

This agreement, combined with the contract with Meteor Parking Limited
announced in August 2007, indicates that the Company is making significant
penetration into the high value car parking market.
