-- Final Terms dated 14 June 2021 relating to the U.S.$1,750,000,000 4.8750% Trust Certificates due 2030 issued by Oman Sovereign Sukuk S.A.O.C. pursuant to its Trust Certificate Issuance Programme (the "2030 Final Terms").
