Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. Announces Verdict in Case against GE Capital Aviation Services, Inc.

Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. (�Company�), a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and modification services for the U.S. Government, today announced that a jury in the Circuit Court of Dale County, Alabama found in favor of the Company in its complaint against GE Capital Aviation Services, Inc. (�GECAS�). The jury awarded the Company $2.1 million in compensatory damages and $6.5 million in punitive damages. The Company performed cargo conversion work for GECAS in 2003 at a former subsidiary located in Dothan, Alabama. Ronald Aramini, Alabama Aircraft�s President and CEO, stated, �We are extremely pleased with the jury�s verdict and their finding that we should be properly compensated for the quality work performed by the workers at our former subsidiary located in Dothan, Alabama.�
