Independence Air to Begin Service to Manchester Tomorrow 9 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin July 23rd One-Way Fares As Low As $59 DULLES, Va., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Manchester Airport (MHT) tomorrow, July 23rd with nine daily, non- stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
