ALTH Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (MM)

•    Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ:BBBY) jumped 8.5% after reporting fourth-quarter 2011 earnings of $1.48 per share, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.33 per share

•    Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLCM) said revenues for the first quarter will come in between $364 million and $370 million. It also estimated earnings per share (EPS) will range from $0.07 to $0.09, which is sharply lower than the previous year’s EPS of $0.19

•    A 10% increase in The TJX Companies, Inc.’s (NYSE:TJX) same-store sales for March surpassed estimates and helped its shares gain 2.4%

•    Shares of Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALTH) leapt 26.9% after Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPPI) agreed to a takeover deal worth $206 million
