to Astrana Health, effective February 26,
2024. Alongside the planned corporate name change,
the Company's common stock is intended to begin trading under the
new symbol "ASTH" on the NASDAQ, effective February 26, 2024.
Astrana Health was founded in 1992 by physicians to empower
physicians in delivering best-in-class healthcare for their local
