Activision Blizzard Given Temporary Trading Symbol ATVID Until August 6, 2008

Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATVID) announced that effective
today the Nasdaq has given Activision Blizzard a temporary trading
symbol of ATVID under which it will trade until August 6th, 2008.
The �D� designation to the company�s trading symbol was assigned by
NASDAQ in order to reflect the recent change in the company�s name
and CUSIP number. Activision Blizzard�s new CUSIP number is
00507V109. Beginning August 7th, 2008, Activision Blizzard will
trade under the previous company symbol of ATVI. About Activision
