announce the appointment of Steven W.
Jones, DPh, MBA as its Chief Corporate Development &
Integration Officer. Steven brings almost 30 years of experience in
healthcare management, spanning successful clinical, leadership,
and corporate development positions within a variety of healthcare
segments. His responsibilities as Chief Corporate Development &
Integration Officer for NEDM include sourcing acquisitions and
affiliations, negotiating deals, running the due diligence process,
and overseeing the post-acquisition integration into the
company.

Prior to joining NEDM, he was the Division President &

pharmacy company. In that role, he successfully deployed a
proactive and systematic corporate development effort that led to
the company becoming the largest independent and overall
5th largest provider in the nation. The company was
successfully sold to BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS) in August 2013.
Steven is a graduate of the Medical College
of Virginia School of Pharmacy. He holds a master's degree
in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care
Management from Regis University. Dr.
Jones is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition
Advisors.
