announced that it will host an eConference that will showcase
breakthrough strategies and thought leadership in the field of
eLearning and online training programs. "Winning Online Training
Strategies" will take place September 20 - 21, 2005. Attendees will
hear real-life case studies and research findings that illustrate
how organizations have adopted winning strategies that deliver
effective performance and learning outcomes. The latest in a
series, this online event will also provide up-to-date information
on how leading organizations have used technology to effectively
drive employee performance toward business goals. The lifelong
learning movement with its emphasis on just-in-time learning has

matures and learning professionals adapt to this environment, many
