Cypress Semiconductor Surges as CFIUS Clears Sale to Infineon

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. shares were recently up 41% to
$21.50 after hours as the company said the Committee on Foreign
Investment in the U.S. cleared its sale to Infineon Technologies
AG.
The deal remains subject to approval by China's State
Administration for Market Regulation.
The companies said in June that the deal had an enterprise value
of about $10.1 billion
