Documentum Links Physicians, Organizations and Activists in the Fight Against HIV/AIDS in Africa Groups Use Documentum eRoom to Collaborate on the Construction of Clinic For the Treatment and Prevention of HIV/AIDS PLEASANTON, Calif., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Documentum , the leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM), today announced that the Academic Alliance for AIDS Care & Prevention in Africa (AAACP or The Alliance) has implemented Documentum eRoom to collaborate on the building of a clinic in Uganda for the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS. The Alliance was formed to fight the ongoing HIV/AIDS crisis in Uganda and elsewhere in Africa. The Alliance's mission is to build the HIV/AIDS Infectious Diseases Institute at Makerere University, the first state-of-the-art clinic, laboratory and medical training center in east Africa.
