DICHAIN Holdings Accepts DF China Technology Acquisition Proposal HONG KONG, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of DF China Technology, Inc. announced that on March 30, 2004, it received a letter from the Board of DICHAIN Holdings in response to the request made by the Company on March 29, 2004 on the acquisition of 12.69% of the equity of DICHAIN Software, a subsidiary of DICHAIN Holdings. In the letter, DICHAIN Holdings stated 'The Board of Directors of DICHAIN Holdings reviewed the proposed transaction and unanimously passed the Board resolution to accept the proposal.' The letter also stated 'DICHAIN Holdings is committed to give DF China Technology strong support in all aspects. The Board made the decision on this transaction regardless the outcome of Nasdaq hearing process.' According to the letter, DICHAIN Holdings will complete the acquisition with the Company by March 31, 2004.
