Golden Bull Limited Announced Today That Its Common Stock Has Resumed Trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market

BEIJING, March 25, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Bull Limited (NASDAQ: DNJR) ("Golden Bull" or the "Company"), announced today that its common stock has resumed trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

As previously announced in its Form 6-K filed with the SEC on March 23,2020, the Company will effect a reverse stock split if necessary during the second grace period in order to maintain compliance with Nasdaq's maintenance requirements.
