On January 29, 2009, Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference, announcing amongst other things that Neil Fiske, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, requested and the Company agreed to reduce his base annual salary for the remainder of 2009 by 10%, or approximately $100,000.

On January 29, 2009, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing a reduction in workforce as a part of a previously announced plan to reduce expenses in 2009.
