Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") was held as planned on
June 21, 2011, at which the following
items were voted upon and duly approved by the Company's
shareholders:
- To adopt the annual report and audited financial statements for
the year ended December 31, 2010;
and
- To ratify the selection of Crowe
Horwath as the Company's independent registered
accountant.
