INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On August 28, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited (the “Company”), upon the recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board, approved an increase to the annual compensation of H. David Sherman, an independent director of the Company and Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. Mr. Sherman’s annual compensation was increased from $21,600 to $50,000 in order to provide for an additional $28,400 as compensation for his services as Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee.
